Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
The short version: only register your own likeness. The terms you set are what licensees agree to. Flags mark unlicensed copies but are not court rulings. $arvel rewards are for confirmed reports and are not an investment.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and arvel LLC (“arvel”, “we”, “us”) for your use of arvel.world and the arvel likeness registry. By using arvel you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use arvel.
2. Who can use arvel
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use arvel where doing so is against the law that applies to you.
3. Registering a likeness
- You may only register your own face, voice and style, or those of someone who has authorized you in writing to act for them.
- You confirm that the samples you upload are yours or that you have the right to use them.
- Registering someone else’s likeness without authority is impersonation. We will remove the record, withhold any payments and may report it.
- Your fingerprint, terms and wallet address are recorded on a public blockchain and cannot be deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Licensing
- The terms you set (what can be used, by whom, for what and at what rate) are the terms any licensee accepts when they license your likeness through arvel.
- License fees are paid on-chain to the wallet on your record. Network fees and any arvel protocol fee shown at the time of the transaction apply.
- You can change your terms at any time. Changes apply to uses that start after the change.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. Reports and $arvel rewards
- Reports must be made in good faith and point to content you believe uses a registered likeness without a license.
- A report earns $arvel only if it is confirmed. We decide whether a report is confirmed and the reward amount at that time.
- False, duplicate, automated or abusive reports earn nothing and can get you banned from reporting.
- $arvel is a reward for confirmed reports. It is not an investment product, carries no promise of value or profit, and may not be available everywhere.
6. Flags are records, not rulings
A flag means content did not match any license on a registered record. It is not a legal finding. arvel does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that flagged content will be taken down.
7. Wallets and blockchains
You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us. We are not responsible for losses caused by lost keys, network failures or third-party wallets.
8. Things you may not do
- Impersonate anyone, including arvel. Official channels are listed on arvel.world.
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to.
- Interfere with the registry, the matching system or other users.
- Use arvel to harass anyone or for anything illegal.
9. Disclaimers and liability
arvel is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the fees you paid to arvel in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and announce material changes on @arvel_world. If you keep using arvel after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Contact
arvel is operated by arvel LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Questions about these terms: hello@arvel.world.
